“NANO-SS” JSC is scientific research company and is the sole producer of nano-diamond in the European Union. The company was founded in January 2009 by specialists with over 20 years experience in space and high technologies. Specializes in the development of nanotechnology, generate new knowledge and research.

Our basic scope of activities is synthesis and production of cubic nanostructures based on carbon and boron nitrides, technologies for their application in all economic branches, including nanomedicine, ecology and sales of nanostructures. The production base and the laboratory complex of the company for purification and modification of DND are with area of 2000 square meters. They are located in village Polk. Serafimovo. We have a ground for synthesis of nano-diamond in Rudozem with annual production capacity of 3 000 000 carats nanodiamond.

In the field of nanomedicine in order to adapt to the norms of toxicity of natural diamond /practical it is not toxic/ NANO-SS JSC works on the original scheme of detonation synthesis and purification, in which the obtained detonation nano diamond is identical to the natural diamond, develops innovative nanomaterials and products for advanced applications in medicine based on fundamental research.

Parallel to the development of methods for synthesis of carbon nanostructures, the methods for modifying the surface of DND, which expands the range of their application, are examined.
